2. Why do you want to be a leader of this organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)
2. a) Since I've been playing in the city for more than 7 months, I've seen that this game thrives there. I have the knowledge to help Vagos understand what effective leaders do at the top. concentrating on a unified group to conquer the ghetto employing turfs, sprays, events, etc.
2. b) I am aware of what it means to have a gang at the top. We will have one of the best gangs in Vagos because of our activity, RP, and competent leadership. I have been watching other gang leaders and have what it took to make their gangs the best under their leadership. Since they provided me with the best service I will ever have, I intend to employ a lot of what they did to ensure that my organization is thriving. A great gang depends on having a plan in place with the right Deputies and High Command. I'm confident that I'll have some of the best RPers with me Because i was Doctor and mohsin zeeshan accepted Me to the EMS
2. c) I want to be gangster member as a leader and give them Protection.To guarantee that all rules are respected as well as to keep the gang structured, effective communication must be made with the High Command as well as the gangster.
3. Your advice for improving RolePlay level in the organization
1)
Team up and form alliances with other gangs in events like subs, informant, hostage situations and crime scenes. To improve RP as leader in my opinion are far more in advantage.
2)
Attempt to capture most of the turfs, if not all of the turfs.
3)
I'll make sure everybody is aware of the rules, and if they're not, we'll offer them a fair second opportunity and de-rank them unless there are major rule-breaking and many rule violations in a single instance.
4)
Get as much numbers and win events such as battleship, clandestine, subs, store robberies and other Role Play scenes.
5)
By receiving input from gang members and High Command, one can prevent both city's toxicity and toxic players.
6)
Add excellent RP back to the server for example Gang versus Gang or Gang Versus LEO. Hostage situations, robbery, and other RP situations are a few examples. Ive had a lot of RP experience from Grand RP because i was Doctor at EMS before aşk mohsin zeeshan that Question who is Serkan ilhan

Strive to resolve concerns in city first, and only as a Final alternative, attempt to take them to the forums.
