The guy had armor on in foundry. The foundry scriptly doesn't allow you to go inside the event with armor on, which makes me want to believe that he spawned armor in. Also I have posted a picture of his player model without any armor ( clothing item) on, the armor is only on his health bar and doesn't show up as his character wearing a vest.
