Just got back on the game and thought this was allowed until after I killed him, I was made aware from my family. This is the only guy I killed with this unintentional bug abuse and I died straight after I killed him.

Yes he's right, it was allowed before and anyone who hasn't played the game for a long time wouldn't know about it. Posting such updated rules on the discord server or any other tab can be fruitful for all players. However the final decision is with the admins...
