Background Story:
Born in Birmingham England during the 1900s, Luk started out as a small time hustler who was a member of a local gang that used to trade in weapons and liquor.
Luk was very ambitious and had big dreams of someday starting his own gang and becoming a prominent figure in the underworld. He took his time learning the Ins and outs of the gang he was a part of and how everything operated and started establishing connections with suppliers and shipment companies in preparation for the day he would branch out and start his own gang. Unfortunately there were just too many gangs around and the market was overcrowded making it impossible for him to start his own gang.
But that all changed when prohibition came to an end and the market shifted towards drugs like cocaine, opium and heroin being shipped to the US opening up a whole new business and market. This was his opportunity and Luk wasted no time packing up everything he needed boarding a ship and setting sail for the US in search of greener pastures.
Quickly after landing in Los santos at Sandy Shores, armed with the knowledge and experience he gained back in the UK he created his organization THE PEAKY BLINDERS and began setting up shop and familiarizing himself with the city and way of life in the US. He has since established himself as he moves to take over the San Andreas Underworld.
Family Goals:
1.To take over as many territories as possible
2.To own as many businesses and grow a large real estate portfolio
3.Recruiting only the best in order to ensure smooth operations and minimize losses
4.Destroy other competition
5.Spread the name PEAKY BLINDERS far and wide.
Family Rules :
1.You must know the rules of the city and gangs and you must follow them to the letter. violation of any of the rules will result in immediate warning, punishment and/or expulsion from the org depending on which rule is broken.
2.Professionalism at all times during org/family activities and business. Clowning around is prohibited.
3.Be respectful to all me members of the fam and org.
4.Loyalty and dedication to the cause. Give a 101% to the family and org.

2. Vice president - 2nd in command
3.Secretary - handle all paperwork and reports also keep fam business in order
4.Treasurer - handle all family finances and expense
