Hello, Mahzor.
I was just recently banned for a genuine mistake and due to this mistake I received a 30 day ban for bug abuse. I made an appeal about this and it got denied without any consideration at all and I explained how I just got back into the game, why I did the thing I did and all I got was "shooting through vent is considered bug abuse" - I already knew this as I was just punished for it. However, I wasn't asking for an unban in the appeal but what I was asking for is for the ban to be reduced as I genuinely made a mistake and even in the clip, I was confused to weather it was allowed or wasn't allowed and I got mixed answers from my Family. When I did play months ago when I used to be in a family, I was told that it was 100% allowed to shoot through the vents at the Movie Studio informal map so that explains why I did it. It was unintentional bug abuse and I hope for it to be reduced. Thank you for reading.

Also, I don't want to be a nuisance on the forums at all by posting another appeal, but I don't feel like my appeal was properly looked at therefore I'm coming to you.
