Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with explanation)
1- I have been in the city for a long time by now, legal and illegal orgs but gang to me has been my life as i have been in gangs since the day i joined the city and i have the abilities to be able to Lead a Gang and make them pull up to events and be as active as possible to make the gang to its best.
2-Being in Gangs for more than 7 months have taught me the rules and how to deal with every situation and how to handle problems which would make me as a leader in a better shape to be able to lead the gang and know the ups and downs and the how gang system works.
3-Being a leader Ranks wont be given out depending who the person is but it would be given out depending to the knowledge of the person to the rules which would make rankings Fair and legit and also there would be a promotion system for people in the gang so that only the active people in the gang and the most knowledgeable people of rules to be in the positions they deserve
3. Your advices for improving RolePlay level in organization.
1-First of all As a Leader there would be more scenarios to make the gang fun and different than other gangs like i would be making more hostage situations so that members can earn money from them and have fun doing them which would make more members attracted to the gang
2- i would make sure that members joining my gang would not be metagaming as this affects everyone's play style and annoys a lot of people
