I want to Be Leader Because I Have good experience in Gangs and I joined it last term and got HC in this gang. And I want to Make The families the most Dangerous Gang in the ghetto what it used to be and know its went quite uphill and if I was leader of this gang I would ensure It Stays on top and make it the best term the gangs ever had. And now a days no one fear of this gang Anymore. I want to make Families members attend all events with high numbers and win every event in what we take part in for stuff I want plans. I give deputies to people I know that can run a gang or who has good experience in gangs before etc. The people who join my gang I want them to know the rules and Ghetto rules. I want everyone in this gang to be respectful to newly joined members and I want absolute no HCs That Pure abuse There power as a High command. My plan is all events we do I give bonuses to all people at the end who attend.
3. Your advices for improving Roleplay level in organization.
My Advices for improving Roleplay is to do more hostage situations. Do More store robbery's.
Get %100 Turfs Also people who rob more and make sure they know how to give demands before shooting.
I want more people robbing in the gang. Also I want to give people a chance in the gang to prove them self worthy.
I want this gang to be the most active gang in the Ghetto as well.
I want to push 70+ members in the city in this gang all day every day.
And we will do 1 24/7 store and 1 gun store robbery a day hopefully as well
This is the reason I should be leader.
