Early Life
Tony was born into a life of hell, his mother Jennifer passed away right after giving birth to her, his father James also passed away after suffering a heart attack once he found out Jennifer had died. Tony was always alone being made of fun because he didn't have any parents. Tony spent his early days trying to find ways to make money even as a child. He was alone and living in one of the hardest parts of Los Santos, the ghetto, he had to make money doing anything possible, selling drugs, shooting people, even joining a gang for a few years as a turfer.
Later Life:
After 18 years by herself and barely surviving on whatever money should could find, Tony had met someone that didn't care about his not having any parents. Tony's friend took him in, fed him, gave him a bed to sleep in, and even got him a job as a taxi driver. Tony would always be in debt to him new found friend, after working for almost 7 months as a taxi driver Tony friend, who worked in SAHP, had passed away during a pursuit of a vehicle that had been witnessed to kidnap and kill SAHP officers. Tony was in a deep depression for about 4 months after that.
Joining SAHP
After 4 months of grieving were over Tony decided to turn into a life of Law Enforcement, he wanted to join SAHP and make sure no-one forgot about his friends name. he trained for 3 weeks straight, running at the pier, working out at the gym buy the market. After all of his training SAHP had an open recruitment. Tony got an interview and passed it with flying colors on the day of Sheriff Brain Shepherd 8th term.
Outcomes
1. Tony has glasses that can record 24/7 because of his past with technology. (must still do / commands)
2. Tony can adapt in a 1v2 fighting situation and take a 2nd person on due to his Training
3. He can drive skillfully off-road in the suitable vehicles that drive off-road due to his time in gangs where he was able to learn a variety of things that also included driving techniques. (no non rp driving)
4. Due to his time in undercover field work and others, he can pick up any weapon off the ground. (not in gunfight)
5. Tony is confident with her driving skills and can drive at high speeds. (No VDM or Non RP driving)
6. Tony can speak with different tones of voice or accents in order to keep his identity hidden.
7. Due to Tony Experience in gang, he has learned of multiple ways to escape being taken hostage which includes lockpicking, window breaking, and jamming the door when it shuts so it doesn't lock
8. Tony can shoot guns with clear accuracy and isn’t easily distracted while aiming/shooting due to his time in undercover as a undercover Gang unit agent.
9. Tony doesn’t have to wear a Uniform 24/7 in any Legal Org for Classified Reasons. (must still use Work Clothing for events)
10. Tony always has his radio on him due to being high command as his time as a police officer.

12. Tony always carries his organization weapons so he can respond to calls and events like store robberies and all. (cannot attend events without uniform and cannot store weapons in trunks)

14. Tony is biased towards Some friends and family members so they can release them or reduce their sentences.
15. Tony Can go to Ghetto while off duty/Undercover and hang out with he's old Criminal friends in illegal activities(including ones with tattoos)

19. Tony Can torture criminals in order to get intel, keeping basic human rights in mind.

21. Due to Tony time in gangs he is able to buy and sell things on the black market (Cannot sell org items)
