Rejected POV REQUEST/ RDM BY NG

So we were just outside the NG base and as we arrive they( all NG guards) opened fire without any demands and killed us and arrested us for 100k fine. We never tried to enter NG base we were there just for getting job. This is clear RDM and entire NG should be puinished for this. Also I want my killer (Blood Reaper) to be given warning for RDM . Please req. POV from him and see that they didnt give any type of demands
