Yesterday, 9 October 2022. I was playing on my twink account and suddenly my connection was lost.
I thought it was normal, since it used to happen that I had problems either with the Internet or with the PC, so I ignored it.
Today when I tried to enter the game, I saw that I got banned.
There was no explanation of my ban or any reason, it just said "Anti-cheat #821 IP banned".
The reason I am writing to you is simple. I feel that I have been punished incorrectly and I would like this to be resolved as soon as possible so that I can continue playing on this server.
I don't see a valid reason why Anti-cheat could have banned me, since I was simply having fun on twink that night. Let me mention that I have been on this server since the beginning and I play actively every day, trying to have as few problems as possible. Also this is the first time I got any kind of ban.
I would like this to be resolved and to return to the server as soon as possible.
