Backstory:
The origins of this family are it has came from poor living conditions and economic hardships which dominated industrial England
during the late nineteenth century. Poverty was a principal cause for the formation of gangs which began with young boys who
took up pickpocketing as a way of earning money. The Peaky Blinders emerged from Small Heath in Birmingham, with the first
reported activities detailed in a news paper March 1890 which described a brutal assault on a man by a gang known as "The Peaky Blinders.
Violence and bribery allowed The Peaky Blinders to gain enormous levels of control in the area but control over just one city in their
home country wasn't enough through a arms dealer connection they started sending men abroad to Los Antos to run businesses there
such as dealing arms, drugs and also burgling homes to sell off the things found inside the family grew and grew until well established
and that's where it will stay.
Where dose the name come from:
The name peaky blinder is a reference to the gang's sartorial elegance. The popular usage of "Peaky" at he time referred to any flat cap
with a peak while "Blinder" was a familiar Birmingham slang term used to describe someone or something of dapper appearance.
With a few minor changes to go inline with Los Antos this is the code of conduct we follow:
1. The Peaky Blinders family accepts all people of all backgrounds weather LEO or Gang related.
2. We are a family we act like it and treat everyone as a friend weather new or old to the family.
3. We request you act with elegance and grace in public to protect our familys respect and name.
4. We keep innocent people safe and will not harm them on the streets a stray bullet hits an innocent man
you will be scolded for it highly.
5. Their is no begging allowed inside the family under no circumstances.
The peaky blinders will not judge anyone for any reason at all everyone is just another person to us weather rich or poor
They will all be treated with the same respect they show to us.
The peaky blinders has massive goals we hope to achieve including:
1: Producing many high command and leaders across the city to gain power and respect.
2: Gaining wealth not alone but as a family to buy businesses to continue to gain wealth.
3: Making sure no matter who they are people have a home in The Peaky Blinders.
4: Becoming one of the best family's in Los Antos and making a name for ourselves.
5: Making our members all as wealthy as we can and distributing the money made from events evenly.

The 3 Leaders of the family have all been a part of The Peake Blinders since childhood joining as young street thief's
Stealing bread, Pickpocketing ect. They grew strong together through tough times and eventually rose to the high ranks
of the peaky blinders family and were the first 3 chose to be sent to run Los Antos. They now hope to grow and become one of
the top 25 Familys in the city.

Rank 1 - Errand-Boy: Learning our ways and activities and are new This is basically our trial period.
Rank 2 - Pig-Farmer: Knows basic things about the family
Rank 3 - Foot-Soldier: Knows the rules for robbing and can explain it to other Errand boys and Pig Farmers, this is the rank for most members, from here on you are really in the Peaky Blinders.
Rank 4 - Gouger: Soldiers of the family. Reliable in events.
Rank 5 - Dealer: Fight sub-leads. Good shooters Must go to informal and over events when possible.
Rank 6 - Slasher : Fight leads. Able to lead events under the command of rank 7 and will be the highest rank attainable under the high command.
Rank 7 - Enforcer: Managers (event, business, etc.) Able to lead, organise, and carry out plans for events/businesses.
Rank 8 - Cut-Throat: Deputies, Underbosses, Good leaders who assist the bosses in their duties and serve as the underbosses in the family.
Rank 9 - Shelby: Leader/boss of the family and the highest attainable rank, these are the people in charge and their command is absolute
Rank 10 - Shotty Shane: The current chairman of the organization who owns the business and distributes the wealth between family members.
