i asked everyone for bodycam of arresting my clients and ended up getting blacklisted because one of the usss agents were in the cell with my client and i requested his bodycam noone provided any bodycam and when i told goku forget it i will subpeona for the bodycam because im sure he was trying to be corrupt to my client and he blacklists me from the organization and revokes my lawyers license for no reason. as a lawyer according to the rule for state i am allowed to ask for bodycam he was being corrupt and tried to come and say something to my client so i asked for everyones bodycam then he came up to me and said i released guys who didnt even ask for lawyer but i told him i asked everyone for bodycam and he got mad so i called him a bozo which is something i call everyone and he got mad over this , then you can hear on my pov the someone speaking thought gokus radio saying revoke his lawyers license immediatly..... which for one ive commited no crimes and two freedom of speech is not a crime. in the law it states "Article 7. License revocation 7.1. A lawyer loses his license in case of: a) violation of existing laws and regulations. b) disclosing the classified information of the investigation. c) changing the type of Lawyers license. d) changing any personal data. " meaning according to this gov did not follow rule for state 1.8 i did not commit a crime therefor they had no reason to revoke my license as even though i got wrongfully blacklisted i was still a lawyer i could act as a private lawyer. i have no criminal record and have commit no crimes.

from this point artcle 12 would have fallen upon him yet his partial immunity would fight it off. thats straying from the point. i was doing my job he interfered with it. i said one word about him and missclicked and hit him. this alone is not enough reason to revoke someones license yes its good reason to remove them from org. "not blacklist" but not enough reason to revoke a license. as it does not break any laws.

Doesnt it also state in the civil code that any lawyer requesting bodycam cannot be denied his request or something around the lines?

Hope you know that blacklisting someone for 30 days without curators approval is a warn to the org and a warning to the person that did it right, good job masta read the rules and dont let you little emotions get carried away over a little video game xD

That doesn't mean anything if he rejects it make an admin complaint you don't get to pick and choose who reviews a forum. He is a gov curator at the end of the day. This evidence is being left on forums justice is served here OOCly

pov for reason to believe he was attempting to be corrupt. reason one i had talked to my client prior to this and told him i would be representing him usss has no reason to go into the cell and talk to my client from that point. reason 2 usss cannot proccess anyone so why was he in the cell after the fact i had already talked to my client and was trying to watch bodycam of their arrest (which was never provided) and three i went to capital with an illegal weapon and masta walked me outside uncuffed me and said he would let me go if i gave him the weapon which i did. so before even joining gov i already had plenty of reason to beleieve this guy was corrupt. when i joined gov i kept my eyes out for him and good thing i did because as soon as i turned my back he ran in the cell with my client.

The whole situation in Law:

1. Blacklisting is NOT actually permitted outside of the Criminal Code or Verdict from a SCJ and is listed there as a punishment. The Labour Code does not permit Blacklisting as it was conducted.

8.4 A civil servant can be included in the black list of organizations in accordance with
the current legislation.

6.4 For violation of the internal labor regulations (charter) and/or the Labor code of the
State of San-Andreas by an employee, an employer has the right to apply the following
disciplinary sanctions:
a) Reprimand;
b) Demotion;
c) Suspension (demotion to rank 1);
d) Dismissal.

NOTE: Blcklisting is NOT one of the punishments that can be given, even by an Employer.

2. Masta is NOT an Employer. The Employer by the Labour Law is defined as the Leader and the Deputy Leaders of the State Org.
