Hello so I got a warn for mk someone random I don’t know in the rules it says

6.13 It is restricted to kill person who is unconscious to help him to avoid RP situation(Mercy killing). | Demorgan 120 min or WARN

I mercy killed him because he was so annoying in chat saying not metal gaming blah blah blah why would I avoid robbing him when I know Alex was watching the rp he was just annoying that’s why I mercy killed him so I don’t see the in the chat every second

The also got my gang disband also and got me warn when I did not even mercy killed him so I avoid rp with him and I don’t even know the guy so I don’t rob him

Let’s say if someone keeps annoying you and spam the chat you might mercy kill him or let him die by his self it’s your choice I mercy kill alot of people who does not listen or keeps spamming the chat and it’s my first time getting warn for mk because of random person I mk
