This ticket got denied once- posting it as I see the report closed wrongly with no punishment towards id 1015

Upon reviewing the evidence, I have decided to Deny this report.

• The complaint is filed by a person who is not related to the situation.

I believe that this report was denied wrongly. Yet, It is still a rule break doesn't matter if he shot at me or not, so if he didn't shoot me but shot someone else from a gz its allowed? I got punished from a ticket from a person not involved in the situation before yet mine was not approved. So if I see someone go to a gas station and shoot up 3 new players I cannot report it as a rule break? I think this rule with the not involved thing should only be for 1v1 scenarios where someone is cheating or breaking a rule again someone personally etc. thank you.

This seems very petty in my opinion. A guy got out of his car. Shot 1 shot on the edge of a greenzone and in doing so did not ruin a single persons RP. (Not to mention that it was not even at you.)

Something like this could be a verbal warning at most.
