Hello dear Mazhor
I was banned from the server DE04 Socialclub on September 23rd, with the reason security ban.
I was then sent my offenses that I was supposed to have committed via Discord from Kalim Brown. In fact, there is no definitive evidence. I didn't see a post about me in the forum, nor was there an admin on site at the time, as this took place in a private discord call.
What happened ooc
There were four of us in a discord call and we talked about the in-game sanction, while a lady constantly interfered, so I made the statement, "Shut up, you bald" which is not a misogynistic or discriminatory insult, which is why I don't know why I am accused of the paragraph "Massive harassment of women on Grand RP / Unacceptable insults or OOC allusions to seriously ill people". I was subsequently informed during the administrative procedure that this lady suffers from an illness such as cancer. I didn't know this at the time and wasn't even aware of it. I know a few people who suffer from it privately and I would never wish something like that on anyone or make fun of it, let alone intentionally hurt them with statements.
So I woke up the next day and noticed how my colleagues had moved the whole thing into the in-game area and started talking to me about it. However, I didn't know anything about it when I saw IC, since this conversation never existed in the game. Then my boss, the director of the FIB, fired me because of a situation that didn't take place in-game, but ooc outside of any Grand-RP servers. On the following day I wanted to say goodbye to all members of the FIB because I had been employed by the FIB for over 6 months. I gave away things like cars, money, objects, etc.
Shortly thereafter, the director pulled me aside and asked me why I was now putting myself in the victim role, shortly thereafter, when the situation became tense due to disagreements, the one (Director of FIB) in the garage of the FIB Tower (Greenzone ) shot with his assault rifle. (see clip)
He threatened me that he was about to lose his Contenance and that he was about to risk the facility. He also threatened me with "I'll shoot you right away and upload it to the forum on my own. (Contenance means such as he's about to rage) After the brief exchange of fire, Mr. Hagen stood in front of the assembled team and said that from today the FIB would be closed because of the shots he fired and what would happen next. I didn't know what he meant by the statement. (see clip)

I have a picture of Tom Hagen (director of the FIB), since he turned on the camera himself in a private discord call, I unconsciously recorded this. However, I deleted it under the supervision of Tom Hagen and never published it.

Massive rush against Grand RP
Let's get to the expression rush, rush is when I do/speak things badly in public. Conversely, this means that I would speak badly about this project and do so publicly, which I have never done. I like Grand very much and I love server 4, this is my home, I've experienced too much on this server to just lose it forever. I invested a lot of money by my standards, around €1000. I've never invested so much in a game before.
I would love to be part of the project again and I hope I was able to convince you with my words.
I'm looking forward to hear from you soon!
