Grew up in Germany, more precisely Kreuzberg/Germany. His Father died when Ulvi was 9 so he grew up only with his mother. They had not much money after his fathers dead they lose everything they had, they had to live on the streets for couple months so in this way Ulvi decided to earn money in his young life with illegal ways, so he became gang member and he do the shit job for the gang.He grow up with drugs, guns, and with a lot of crime once he turned 18 they had a lot of money but his mother was not happy with all this money because it was illegal earned money his mother always wants to him to became a Goverment employee at her mother's request to leave the gang and live normal life he decided to leave the gang and moved to Los Santos with his mother to live a legal life he heard to his mother and started to work in Goverment, he worked hard to join Goverment he train all day to became a place in Goverment after couple years of work in Goverment his past wont let him go the gang members from Germany found him in Los Santos and wants to transport for them Drugs to Los Santos he decilend it in first place but the gang members threatened to kill his mother so Ulvi had no chance and worked for the gang in Los Santons.But it wasn't enough for them so they forced Ulvi to transport Heavy American Guns from Los Santos to Germany.
