Clearly in earshot range, not listening to demands or pull-over requests, even returns to car-ram us, then again not listens to our demands

Upon reviewing the evidence, I have decided to Accept this report.​
  • ID 1712 will be punished for PG. You will receive the maximum punishment and get a WARN instead of just a demorgan because you and your partner state the rule just moments earlier and then proceed to break it.

  • ID 2844 will be punished for CR
  • Also, rule only states there have to be 4 people in 2 cars there is no rule about how the people have to be distributed in these 2 cars
