So, some time after the first report on this player (for stealing from my family home) was denied, he decided to come back repeatedly to steal my solar panels. I might add he came back after we kill him this clip, but I was not there. Regardless, as you can see from the clip he combat logged as soon as I approached him and didn't come back.
