a) First Let me Introduce My self I joined this Beautiful City Few month back and I Joined Families Gang and I there i served as the High command I attended lot of gang events Tried to Bring Gang on top under the leadership of Hooli Lovinhood as it was my first gang i learnt lot of new things which are required to know for being in gang I came to know how things work in gangs during that time and also i came to know about turfs and sprays and each and every gang stuff Now I am spending some of my time in Legal to Experience it but Now I guess i am also eligible for the leadership of a Gang and I am sure if I get the Leadership I Will assure that the Gang will be the Best Gang in the City
b) I know all the strategies in all gang events also I want basically to be a little strict with members because I want them to try for their best because no one is perfect and the improvement can't explain they can be only shown and if I will be the leader u will be able to see the improvement. I feel like if any of the gang members want to ask any question they should not hesitate and open up to any gang member about their query and trust me as a leader I will not let anyone down.To assure this I will dedicate most of my time while I am in city to the gang and not just hang out.
c) The main issue that Previous leaders faced was Multiple Rule Breaks but it will not happen during my Term if I get a leadership because I will Create a Special Method to join the gang and after joining too Lower ranks will be given and I will Make sure they only get promoted when they attend events follow rules and even they Help Gang to grow by defending the gang raids and all I will also take over the ghetto as Ballas have always controlled ghetto every time but as previous leaders have failed I will not fail I will Take control over it as Soon as Possible and everyone in City would fear with Just the Name "Ballas" also I will focus more on sprays where most of the gangs fail but i will be making a whole spray team who will be active every hour and spray continuously and every hour Gang members too get profit due to It and also I will try to end my term without org punishments
3. Your advices for improving RolePlay level in organization.
a-Pseudo situations
Basically gang rp is all about make the people fear for their lives and showing dominance above other people but till now it has all been like that trough trash talking random gunfights so it ruins the rp the way it is supposed to be is demands have to be given then the things will happens so in my term I will make sure all the guys knows how to do the correct rp before doing any activity so that they don’t get in trouble and the gang doesn’t get in trouble. To assure proper rp each new recruit will be asked to do rp before they are actually recruited in gang and will also be taught server rules.
b-Training
For gang events like cland and battleship each week there will be a training session that explain the guys what all the callouts in the events are because in my earlier experiences half of the guys are clueless.
c-Professional event lead team
I plan on making a professional event lead lead who have very good past experiences and know all the rules so in my absence they can lead all the other events and maintain 24hr activity in the gang. They will also be the ones planning for all the store robberies, raids and other event. There will be a hostage team that will make sure there is better rp and the hostage is actually fearful of his life and not just laughing (for this we will have more /me /try /do command usage).
D-More attack on Leos and more interactions
I have a lot of plans to bring in more rp interactions with leos which I want to keep a secret for now nut i will be eager to shre it in the later stages of the application process.
