I was on my way to the dock the guy on yellow car started ramming onto the truck. They blocked the exit with issi5. He just exits from his car and DM me "with a single shot using revolver"(I was literally having 90 HP) . I don't know whether they were trying to pullover, if they were then Fail Rp too coz only three people were there instead of four. (ID 92004 only included if it is a Fail Rp).

ID 85314 will receive a punishment for RDM in City
ID 84440 will receive a punishment for CR
