in my 30 years in city i never saw someone robbing without a gang a car, i joined all gangs i never ever saw that !
I joined all gangs for my interviews and others interviews i never heard a question and answer like that:

Q : How many people and gang cars you need to rob someone ?
A : You need at least 3 people without a gang a car to rob weapons and if you want to steal cash you need 3 people and 1 gang car !!!

in my 30 years in city i always play with gangs i never did something else !

Robbing = Steal cash, Robbing people have rules to be respected 3 people 2 aiming guns the robber must be unarmed and 1 gang car.
Thats not logic at all if you need gang car only for steal cash !
