Rejected Warning means warning not suspend

Yes, I agree that I made mistake but punishment for this is only a warning there is no reason to suspend me from org. For 7 days and why you demorgend me in G.R. 6.15, there is written that punishment for this is only warning none other else.

Since when did the meaning of warning start being suspended?
Why I got fired for 7 days?? And got demorgend.

Either write back as per your server rules or recruit me back in fib
