2. Why do you want to be leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with explanation)
- So I was in the bloods in the past and I've seen a lot of favoritism and not a lot of money or respect in return for my work. I want to change that a make sure anyone that is trying to RP as a Blood or Gang Member is given equal opportunity to make money or move up in the ranks if they obey the rules and aren't getting warnings.
- I also want to add a little more structure as to how we recruit people. I noticed I wasn't asked any questions about the rules when i was recruited. I will not be recruiting anyone who hasn't read and understood all of the rules in discord. I will also not be recruiting anyone who doesn't comply with dress code or is "Toxic"
- I really just want to see the real RP thrive in the "Ghetto Setting" and will articulate that to the gang properly so that they have a leader that they can aspire to be like and will hopefully have a lot more people IC and RP'ing accordingly.
3. Your Advices For Improving RolePlay level in organization.
- Number 1 Rule is "Know the Rules". If they can display that they actually did read and understand the rules by answering a couple questions, then that will let me set them up in different RP situations that will be fun for everyone
- I wanted to actually have a branch of a couple trusted people that will help the vetting process. That will help weed out the OC's and people that are inactive.
- This branch I speak of will also make sure everyone is paid accordingly and they will try to keep everyone IC as much as possible.
- Making sure that people aren't getting ahead of themselves by "Power Tripping" and kicking people out for no reason. While also making sure anyone that is breaking rules are getting the corresponding consequence.
- I also want to make sure the gang takes advantage of all events and RP situations only possible for gang members so that we stay active and not just hanging out at HQ all day.
- Maybe incorporate "Jumping People In" to the initiation process as well.
