2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with explanation)
The first reason i want to become the leader of the families is because ever since ive joined the city ive wanted to make the families the most dangerous gang in the city and I think families is the perfect gang for me as i love to be in the ghetto and i want families to run the ghetto and control it from other gangs and make gangs scared to enter the ghetto because of us. I will also be fair to all of the members and i will make sure that every gang member knows the rules and if they dont i will not let them enter the gang. if the person breaks rules I will blacklist that person as I will be very strict and wont let any one of if theyre breaking rules for example fear rp or combat logging. I would also give bonuses out to everyone that attends events and rank ups i will also make everyone work for there rank for example being an active member in the gang also I would also only want active people so if your in the gang you must attend at least 1 event a day or youll be removed from the gang if you cant attend an event or cannot be in the city for a week or so you must let me or hc know. I will also not allow HC to abuse power on lower ranks if they do so i will demote them or give a punishment to them. Another reason of why i want to become leader of families is the rule breaks and i will not let anything like this happen as every gang member must know the rules and if they do rule break itll result in a blacklist from the organisation

1. 1 24/7 store robbery and an ammunition store robbery a day
2. I will only want lvl 10+ in my gang so they know the rules
3. Every gang member must know how to rob people and how to comply to demands if getting robbed
4. Make the gang the most active gang in ghetto
5. Every gang member should know what mixing fear rp meta gaming and powergaming is these questions will be ask while interviewing them
6. Every gang member shall be trained before attending battle ship or clands so they know exactly what to do
7. In interview the recruit will be ask to rp out a situation for example a robbery
