(I) ballas hq is perfect place if there is FIB raid we can go on roof of the houses to defend it and save our weapens from Fib
(II) We are next to main gheeto so if you want to head for gheeto robrey it would be way easy to go to main gheeto and rob there

(I) Leading a org is a headache but we still have to understand that people are humans not robot so rather than demoting someones rank which they we should give than some verbal warning
(II) If someone doesnot rules they can come to any high command or write in non rp radio and ask their quetion
(III)We have to always look out if high command is being rude or not cause even if he is a high command he can not cuss other and say i will de rank you if see that happning like someone using their power in wrong way directly blacklist
(IV)We can call people nicely to come in a event rather than spamming in raido or spamming metting point (for exmaple Gyes we having a cland i would be good if you come here come on gyes i trust you all)
