Who Is 1 HP? Kadir Tuna was born in 1990, England. He grew up on street he had hard times. Later in 2004 he found his partners who will be with him. The "1 HP" family was on the streets whole time. People started to fear them. They started taking over streets. Kadir Tuna decided to get everything bigger, he moved the his family to Los Santos. After a while the family business grew up well and Kadir Tuna decided to take over the whole city. He decided to help people which was still in pain on the streets, he made them join to his family and he is gonna fight for his last drop of blood.
