Still how is it mass rulebreak if 1 guy did not comply, also pov must be from 2-5 minutes, Besides this since you have posted this FIB may get reprocussions from said situation

show me where it says 2-5 minutes, as the only rule is no cropped evidence, and over 1 minute. and it clearly shows us pinning 2 people and they do not comply. Fear rp, then the situation where the family begins shooting people for no reason?
