1. No such Rule saying you can't go into City area if you where/are involved into an RP situation.
2. the POV is Pixelated and not accepted.
3. if he engages into a Shoot out in the Ghetto and Runs or scapes into City area, you are allowed to shoot and kill him since he Ran into City area from an active Shootout, only thing is in case if he Runs into a GZ, that is Forbidden.
