2.1 hello there everyone hope you all doing good im back and strong i want ballas again because you can see who had ballas did way bad and could not make ballas on top anymore it makes ballas sad so i was thinking my best term was in ballas how about i do it 1 more time and make ballas on top i love ballas and i will always do. everyone knows ballas will be in good term and active if they have the right leader and other gangs wants a fight which i will bring it to them and fight with them i want to have ghetto way better not only 1 in ghetto i want all the gang to be in ghetto with my ballas people and we will if i get it
2.2 honestly have a good leader in everything organization will be good and i feel like ballas did not have the till now after my term which makes ballas bad because it looks like now people dont care about ballas at all who gets it they just want the leadership on there name and people want to have in ballas and people only see it disband everytime
2.3 honestly who ever knows me they know i do it for having the best active and friendly gang which will not have problems with family problem in gang because we are in a gang not a family and i want everyone to know some things in my term 1 more time and i hope they learn stuff from me which in the future they will know stuff for there leadership if they ever want to be a leader of a org
2.4 i want everyone in their best behavior in the gang no fights with each other or have problem in the gang we are here to have fun and make ballas on top and have fun in events. it does not matter if you are low rank or high rank you are all the same to me we are all human beings with the same rights but a bit more power for the org but we are not allow to do the because we are high rank we used it on you its not good. everyone should be equal to eachother in my gang and having fun with each other
3. Your advices for improving RolePlay level in organization.
my advice for improving roleplay level in organization is
1.get to know the rules good
2. don't recruit people dont about the rules everyone should do the interview i ping high command in discord and ask them which all high command should do
3. dont break rules for fun or stupid things because it might get the gang warning
4. the gang will improve roleplay and all gang should also and have fun together
5. all through those kinds of months, i found that proper RP is wealthy in criminal businesses of the metropolis, however gangs lack it especially. i'd suggest gangs to create greater RP situations in-among each one-of-a-kind, for example specific gangs developing a economic deal or safety deal and developing greater lore in the city that way. even though alliances already exist, what i am advising is a piece extra complicated and deeper than that, if gangs play with entire on RP, even some situations which emerge as on boards and aren’t rule breaks, may be dealt in an RP situation (If a state of affairs is a rule wreck it should pass on forums of course). there may be continuously tension between gangs and gang leaders, however I suppose that anxiety ought to turn out to be a wholesome opposition if gangs are willing to exercise more RP, as a substitute of having conflicts with each brilliant OOC and having communicate board wars.
