Approved VDM, CR & CHEATING | ID:91792

Was firefighting when i bump into this guy.
I wanted to leave the situation when it was over but he kept ramming the guy that stood up for me (white BMW ID:60399).
Tried blocking him with the truck so he didn't constantly ran over 60399.
Then after all of that, he runs us over with 60399's white BMW.
I suspect cheating since there's no possible way he could've driven that vehicle legit.
But, make up your own mind. I'll try and get hold of 60399 so he can post his POV below.

ID 91792 will receive a punishment for CR and VDM
ID 91792 will be punished for Cheats

ID 72560 & ID 60399 do not mix in RP situation
