Dear project manager,
I hereby contact you in urgent search of help. Until yesterday/ today I had the Rank of the vice-governor on DE01. Following happened: Our Governor Ian Harper (87577) decided to not log in anymore after one month of having control over the government. At first he AFKed his 2 mandatory hours per day and after a while he did not show up at all anymore, which, as you can imagine had a big impact on our daily life on the island. No payments, no commands, nothing. He also had no interest in talking to an administrator or consulting help. Since we are in a good contact, he let me log in his account approximately 2 times. I assure you, and this can even be proven by log files Iam sure: Nothing was transferred or traded between these two characters. There has not been any exchange - which is probably one of the reasons for the 1.1 and 1.2 rules. I only did this with having the hope to keep the government running until we maybe would find a solution. I also know the server rules and even checked once again IF I am about to do something that is forbidden. The rules 1.1 and 1.2 say nothing specific about my own account getting banned permanently. But this happened. The Governor account and my account got a permanent ban from Jackson Clark. Really, I accept a punishment but a permament ban is too much in this case isn't it? If it was about the rule 1.4 - I would even accept a ban of 60 days. But honestly, the rules are not specific when it comes down to decisions like this. I like to play on your server(s) I like the concept and the people, everything. Also I never had any previous problems with the rules. So my question is: Is this a legitimate punishment? Or can there be found an agreement for lowering this ban. Even a lifetime ban from the government organization would be a total acceptable thing for me. I have deepest respect for your and the other administrators work and thank you in advance!
Edit: As you can see in the screenshots, first i got banned for 60 days by Dennis Hollins, then later permanently by Jackson Clark.(???)
Sincerely,
Tim/ Ton VanHees (85537)
