Approved RDM AND Breaking rule 6.8 | ID 133103

I dont know why the city is like this these days As u can see in the first POV these guys came from no where and start shooting us and killing us while we are preparing for aircraft for no reason or any RP situation ID 133103. And the most Important part and as u can CLEARLY see IN THIS POV the ID 133103 Broke the Rule 6.8 and started to SPIT ON ME while I am unconscious body before he finished me.(ID 109661 is my friend and am not complaining about him).
