2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with explanation)
- I want to be a leader for families because I have been in every gang before and the one that i liked the most was families. I was in families for the whole term and started from rank 1 all the way to rank 10 high command. I have also been a higher command in other gangs like Vagos, bloods and Marabunta and seen how they high command run them. But i promise if I became the leader of families, I bring all my skills and ideas to improve the gang and make it fun for everyone again. But of course, I won’t be able to do this job all alone that’s why I plan to get a trusted high command team to help me lead this org until my term is over.
I plan on being the leader of families for the whole term and hope to have all my goals for the gang achieved. If I became the Families leader, I promise you I will do my very best to keep the gang from getting any org winnings/ strikes. This I why I would hire a strict high command team with pervious gang high command experience to help me run this org and keep it on the right path.
I have a lot of changes that I want to make to families if I was to get the leader, some of these changes I was looking to make was changing the names of the ranks , making sure that a high command is in city at all times to stop and ensure that no one is doing anything that they shouldn’t be doing and I also to make sure that all my deputies leaders are focusing on the other high commands because I have seen other high commands get away with abusing their powers and being corrupt all a
How will I improve the gangs hiring skills?
Everyone that wants to join the gang will be interviewed by a high command the high command will ask the person that they are interviewing a series of questions about the ghetto and server rules. If you pass the interview, you will not get ranks up right away you will have to post you pov of the events you attended and the time you attended them, in the gang email. You must attend three events before getting you first ranks up, After you get your first rank up you can get ranks up easy if a high command sees that you are always active and showing up to the events.
My weekly goals for the gang?
My weekly goals for this gang will be to hiring over 50 people, do at least 2 store robberies with a hostage and 1 without a hostage, show up to event like cland with the most number and win them, show up to subs and beat all the legal orgs, raid NG base and win and get 100% Spray and Turf.
