2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with explanation)
I want to be chosen as leader for this organization because I believe in have good roleplay standards. We as a gang are thrived to do at least one 24/7 or gun store per day. These events also include attending the clandestine workshop event, robbing on the highway, hostage situations, ghetto robbing, killing and frequent NG raids. We are driven to do all these events to gain power, ammunition, money for the gang balance and overall improve roleplay of the city and this gang.
The second reason I want to be leader is to ensure we have a good high command recruiting system. I will make sure there is always someone available to recruit the new and returning criminals of this gang to ensure a good roleplay standard. This will also increase the popularity and members of this gang. High commands will certainly make this gang a friendly and fun place for everyone to join (who meet the requirements). However, we will have a strict system of rule breaks
The final reason I want to be the leader of the Families gang is to have teams in the gang such as a spray team, turfers, negotiation team at hostage and store robberies (mainly high commands). We will also have ranks according to these divisions.
Spray team – is useful to patrol ghetto and spray for our gang graffiti profits.
Negotiations team – is used for the top negotiators so we don’t get caught in our criminal act.
3. Your advices for improving RolePlay level in organization.
In the Families gang I will improve roleplay by making sure we attend subs, clandestine workshop, 24/7 store and gun robberies, highway robberies, hostage situations daily. Also followed by NG raids frequently. I believe this will improve the level of roleplay in our gang. We as a gang will overall improve roleplay standards doing situations and events frequently.
