Hello, i am new so hope i am posting in the right place.
Today i was connected to my home pc with the program of teamviewer at the office and i was playing.. I received captcha verification while mining, the game was running at windowed mode in my home pc so it was unable to select or choose the correct images / answers. (It happened first time) Then i left it alone and disconnected from my home pc but the game was still running. When i came home after 5-6 hours, i saw that my account has been banned with reason of mining bot. Actually i didnt use any mods or cheats, also i wasn't getting ores or rewards during the captcha verification period (It is only animation of digging, at least i know so). I wonder that, is it forbidden to stay AFK on the rock or playing via teamviewer. If so I didn't know that and i approve of my punishment but 60 days for a first punishment seems a bit much. (I've been here for 2 weeks already)
I'm looking for help on this situation, but if it is my fault, there is not much to do.
