I was standing in front of the house and someone was beating me And then he shot me for no reason.
I raised a weapon but I don't want to kill him because he is the one who started the beating Then he shot at me first.

He hit me more than once in front of a family home. I pointed my weapon but I didn't kill him until he got away from me and didn't hit another time but he was the one who started shooting
