The admin gave me NLR when I never returned to the situation

The admin suggested in his verdict that there was insufficient evidence that ID 187731 was part of the situation yet I clearly showed his ID and he has the same clothing on. IF you look at kill logs you will see he also was shooting at me, you clearly see this in the POV, please slow it down you see two people shooting at me. This is a gang warning for this but the gang talks to their admin friends to get this to not get warning somehow?
