Outside of city, tbh he started RP , he didnt shoot directly. He starts dialogue and when guy drive away he shoots. ( maybe he is wrong) the guy in car can call police, text friends, get out from car and discuss situation , because guy on bike has gun out also shoot em - like self defence 1 vs 1) It can be like Fear Rp.
interesting situation, want to see how it ends.

I don't think you understand the rule my man, let me spell it out for you since you like to combat people without even knowing what you're talking about.

Please explain where the demands were given and then please also explain where the 5 second countdown was given for the person to comply to the demands... I'll wait.

u mix ghetto rules with an not ghetto RP situation. (demands can be different. this is what u dont understood in rule + if guy didnt write or saying 5.4.3.2.1. but w8 some time till guy will follow demand or not then he can shoot. as u see he run out, he ignore demand)
First question why guy in car stop? He stops and other one give him demand - hey guy in car "say sorry"(demand) because my bike was in your way (that's why I said maybe he is wrong to ask sorry for situation where he is wrong) but it can be nice rp , where they can discuss it and etc)
Guy in car will not stop and dont run after maybe noone will shoot. Shoots starts after guy ignored demands of guy with gun to say sorry.
it is my first rp server, im half year here, but i like rp , and watching sometimes videos of different RPs. So, that was my personal opinion

yes im driving like an asshole yes the accident was my fault but as the video ive linked u can see what road rage is this proves you have no quality of roleplay since from your point of view all you see as roleplay is giving someone 5 seconds to do something that is not the only way to RP and i think an admin will see that too you can RP without "you have 5 seconds to blah blah blah" i didnt just shoot him after he hit me i followed him and was telling him to say sorry thats RolePLay
