1) Well, FIB in my personal opinion is the Backbone of the City. FIB is the first thing that comes to people's minds if you mention LEOs. And to be the face and leader of such a prestigious organization is one of the highest honours someone can get in the city.
With this in mind, I now consider myself ready and mature enough to hold such a privileged position.
