Anna is born in Toronto, Ontario, Canada where she was a foster child, jerry doesn't know her parents all she knows from what the foster home staff have said is that she showed up at the the front door of the home and doesn't know who her parents are, during this time in his foster life the staff all treated Anna as one of their own, they taught her academic things at the age of 6-7 where she was able to be extremely adept into Mathematics, Physical education, English, Science and technology. At the age of 9 since the foster home was located somewhere in the rural area of canada, the foster home staff taught Anna how to hunt since out in the rural regions there wasnt much super markets so they would have to rely on hunting for their food, this new experience intrigued Anna to where he wanted to learn more about firearms and after learning that there is roles out there that involve firearms such as The Army, Police force, ETC he decided to learn more on these subjects.
Growing Up
Anna at the age of 16 was already a straight A student, she was an outstanding academic student which surpassed all of his classmates, during this time since Anna was very adept into learning about police things she took Police Foundations 101 which taught her the basics of how to be a cop. During this time Anna was also able to figure out who some of her true family is, she was than able to discover 2 individuals that were her Blood cousins, itachi Blixky and Tobi Blixky which she was than able to reconnect with into her life to further his social and friend life with them. During the time of his schooling Anna was also intrigued with the gang life and sought out to find out the deep and inner things of it which allowed her to learn more about the darker areas of the internet such as the Deep Web, the Dark net, and criminal aspects in gang life.
Adult life
When Anna turned 18 she decided to take part in the gang life where he learned to kill, Rob, Steal, always kept a low profile though. After experiencing a majority of things such as Coke deals, weapons smuggling and more jerry decided to leave the gang life (Although you can never really truly leave) she decided to become a toronto cop, she joined the 12th division in toronto where she made a huge living she busted crime in ghettos around the city (or his assigned areas) she earned multiple promotions and climbed her way from Rookie to Deputy chief. Due to her leadership skills in the front lines as one a on duty cop but 2 a undercover cop during sting operations, she has been set forth and trusted to carry her radio off duty in-case she is needed back at his department. While on the line of undercover work Anna was able to learn certain things as she had to do Deep undercover work in gangs as a gang unit member, this allowed Anna to learn how to get herself out of hostage situations, car chases which she is skillfully able to drive and high speeds and also off road depending on his VIC choice since not all VICs are made for off road, and more. After a couple years of doing this she decided to move to Los Santos, USA.
Life in los santos
After Anna moved to Los Santos, she decided to join LSPD as her first major organization, she learned multiple things during his time in LSPD on how to escape, shoot, drive, and more, once Anna left LSPD he decided to join SAHP which she than got into corruption partially and learned that EMS actually makes truth serum and the recipe for these serums. Anna also has alot of connections while she was in gangs and stuff which allows him to keep informants in mind for any information that she needs on things. Also she has alot of FIB connections as well, they have taught her some technological things such as how to make a glasses bodycam. Anna has than made it so when she wants to turn on his camera in his glasses he must tap it twice for them to turn on.
Outcomes
1. Anna's glasses can record 24/7 because of his past with technology. (must still do / commands)
2. Anna can adapt in a 1v2 fighting situation and take a 2nd person on due to her Training in his police profession in Toronto.
3. Anna can drive skillfully off-road in the suitable vehicles that drive off-road due to his time in gangs where she was able to learn a varity of things that also included driving techniques. (no non rp driving)
4. Due to Anna's time in undercover field work and other, sHe can pick up any weapon off the ground. (not in gunfight)
5. Anna is confident with her driving skills and can drive at high speeds. (No VDM or Non RP driving)
6. Anna can speak with different tones of voice or accents in order to keep his identity hidden.
