Rejected Car ramming and robbing in city-134487/134323/145167/152248/102826

Cars proceeded to ram me off of the road into the side of a building, without any demands to pull over. They then stole my car after and I was in the city, I do believe. All the suspect IDs could not be put into the Suspect ID part, but they are all listed in the title. (All of the suspect IDs: 134487-134323-145167-152248-102826)

You don't even have the POV from the start of the chase. How can we know that they didn't demand you to pullover?

It was a vehicle theft which is allowed to be in city, Also they gave you demands to leave the car!!
