Kay was born in Waikato Hospital in New Zealand 04/12/1999 , Kay was having a happy life with his parents, until one day his father got involved in some illegal operations and got himself and his wife murdered by a criminals, Kay was living in a rich family that there parents put a bodyguard for Kat to protect him because he was too young, Mr. Armani which is the bodyguard escaped the day when Kay's Parents got murdered and tried his best to protect the only child of the Monkey Mafia Family.
15 years ago, Mr. Armani told the truth to Kay that his parents got murdered by a serial killer, Kay was soo mad and angry about that, so he proposed to Mr. Amarni to teach him karate and using guns because he was a famous sensei long time ago.
Mr. Armani taught Kay well until he reached the necessary level to get revenge.
After couple of years, Mr. Armani bring secret information's about the criminals that they are living in a dangerous area in Los Santos called ghetto.
Kay moved as fast as he can to Los Santos to get revenge from the criminals, but Mr Armani proposed to Kay to get revenge in legal way to not get himself in troubles.
Mr Armani knows a lot of people in National Guard.
Kay thought about that offer and he decided to pass the interview and some karate tests. All of the workers we're surprised from his abilities because he was too strong and have a reflexion, so they decided to hire him immediately and put him in the Internal Affairs department and get his revenge in a legal way.
Outcomes:
1. Kay can use illegal weapons in a life-or-death situation.
2. Kay can legally kill people on/off-duty if they don't want to follow the demands.
3. Kay can keep ORG Weapons on him off duty to attend events if needed. (Only Keep In Inventory / No personal use)
