Additional information

1. Leader of Federal Investigation Bureau

2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with explanation)

As the Current Head of Department of the National Security Branch of the FIB, my job is to stop corruption in other orgs whole combatting violent crime. I have firsthand experience seeing the corruption that has plagued every single org in the State, and have been responsible with arresting those individuals. I have been a high command in every LEO in the State. most notably the Head of Undercover for LSPD for under Chiefs Gabi, Syndra, Davis, and Neron, as well as Head of Undercover for SAHP under Neron and Head of IAA in NG under Saif's 2 terms. I have the experience necessary to become the Director of the FIB, as well as the time and dedication to the FIB. I spend usually 12 hours or more a day in the city, with a majority being dedicated to the Bureau. As someone who has been in the city since June of 2021, I have seen countless administrations of FIB, LSPD, SAHP, and NG pass, and have personally been affected by each good and bad leader. As the leader of the FIB, I will bring a lot of changes into the FIB ranging from completely redoing the ranks to mirror the IRL FBI, to creating new divisions that will mirror the FBI's divisions. I as well as many others within the FIB enjoy a realistic roleplay, which is what I want to provide to each and every Agent. The first of these changes is a new training/hiring process, which will involve classes of FIB Academy students who start, train, and graduate at the same time, giving each and every student a group-oriented training setting in which each group has a week until they graduate the Academy, after trainings each Agent will be promoted based on their numbers of Arrests, events attended and other merit based factors that eliminate the favoritism that is seen in the current Human Resources Division of not just FIB but all Legal Orgs. We will also be creating new guidebooks, which will go over many of the things that the current guidebook falls short of addressing, while at the same time making sure it is understandable for all. I will be establishing the Office of Public Affairs so that we can be a more transparent FIB, ensuring the Bureau does a better public outreach and keep the community involved, while at the same time spending more appealing to those who wish to join the Bureau with visual advertisements created by our own Agents. Given these and my other ideas that I will go over, as well as my experience and skill level, I believe I am the best qualified for the Leader of the FIB, and if given the opportunity, will rebrand the FIB into a new era of prosperity.

FIB Deputy Head of National Security Branch (Davis)

  • FIB Deputy Head of Undercover (Davis)
  • Current FIB Head of NSB (Davis)

For far too long, the FIB has had issues that have plagued it, with no term being an exception. From issues like corruption, to favoritism and toxicity, there have been many severe issues with many issues stemming from the leadership themselves. Many who have the experience necessary to join the FIB have been turned away in previous terms due to favoritism and bias against them by the Human Resource Division who may hold a grudge against a certain individual from past terms. I will not tolerate this sort of discrimination and will enforce a equal opportunity employment process so that everyone gets treated equally regardless of race, gender, or other factors. I will also eliminate those who are toxic as someone in a High Command position, due to their power, over a subordinate no matter how high of a rank. Everyone deserves to be treated with respect whether its an Academy Student or the Head of a Division. Every strike that is issued must first be approved by me, to avoid any retaliatory punishments towards a certain individual. Corruption will be a major issue as for my administration, not just only within the FIB, but in every other legal organization as well. The FIB will investigate every single instance of corruption within the State, with a key focus being placed on those who abuse their power or who sell their organization's gear at the black market. The FIB will engage in sting operations to successfully take this ill-gotten gear off the streets of Los Santos, while simultaneously engaged in surveillance operations of those who are involved in this organized crime in order to gather evidence and secure warrants at a pace not seen by other FIB terms. This will involve the creation of several new investigative arms of the FIB, which will each focus on certain areas of crime in order to properly address each and every issue facing San Andreas.

The State has seen an epidemic of violent crime, with an uptick in the past month or two. Our streets have too many illegal guns that are being used in the commission of these crimes. My FIB will focus on getting these illegal guns off the streets in large scale operations that will get hundreds of these firearms off the streets a day. This will dramatically affect the crime organizations, resulting in fewer deaths and safer streets for all. The criminals often target those who are new to the city, robbing and killing them outside of the beach market and other areas which new players must visit in order to start their lives in this city. We will have multiple divisions of undercover Agents in the ghettos to gather evidence of these crimes, save the lives of these citizens, and apprehend those who target these areas to keep our streets safe from this violent crime.

Joint operations and the flow of information and intelligence among all of the Law Enforcement Agencies in the state is key to accomplishing what is necessary to ensure the public safety for all of San Andreas. When this information is not flowing, conflicts between different organizations arise, and the legal orgs fail to successfully target the Gangs. When we are working together with the other organizations, we can easily achieve what is necessary to get raids done everyday, while at the same time ensuring better relations with other organizations which can stand to benefit both agencies and keeping the streets safer rather than causing conflict with one another.

3. Your advices for improving RolePlay level in organization.

Office of the Inspector General:

The Office of the Inspector General is a nonbiased, nonpartisan Office tasked with investigating any allegations of professional misconduct in the FIB. The position of Inspector General will be tasked with submitting reports of each allegation to the Director for review. The findings of which will be submitted to the Internal Affairs Division for disciplinary action.

Office of Public Affairs:

The Office of Public Affairs will have weekly press conferences in order to allow the public a chance to have it's voice heard and to address the questions and concerns of our citizens. These Agents will be engaging with the community in order to reflect a better image of the FIB, and to make the public aware of certain key issues that the FIB is engaged in. They will also be tasked for creating visual advertisements and other forms of appealing to those who are looking to join the FIB. By being a more open and transparent Bureau, the public trust and integrity of the FIB will be upheld to the highest standards.

Human Resources Branch:

With the revamping and overhaul of the recruitment and training process, the HRB will be responsible for recruiting individuals through a variety of methods ranging from public recruitment events at different locations, to reading applications and conducting interviews. In addition to recruitment, these Agents will be responsible for the training of these FIB Academy Students. The FIB Academy will be organized into groups of students who will all start together, train together, and graduate together, and each group will have 2 HRB Agents assigned to them, to ensure that each Agent gets the training they need in a group-orientated setting. These Agents will conduct twice daily trainings, spanning the course of a week ranging from lethal/non-lethal firearms proficiency to arrest procedure and law in addition to evidence gathering and negotiation/de-escalation. This will be much different than the past training process, and will produce Agents who are more motivated, better trained, and among people people who are on the same skill level as them. The HRB will also be responsible for a merit-based promotion system that will reward Agents with promotions based on the amount of work they do. Arrests, Evidence, and events will all be tallied up and a quota system will be put in place to ensure that there is no favoritism with the promotion process. Rather than just based on being friends with someone in HRB to ask for a promotion in the promotion logs, Agents will have to do a certain amount of work to be promoted making the process more competitive and getting more work accomplished, while at the same time making it easier to work up the ranks with hard work and dedication.

Intelligence Branch:

The Intelligence Branch will focus on undercover operations in order to gather evidence on the Gangs. This will be the traditional undercover division of the FIB, but will not be the only undercover team within the FIB. This group of Agents will be tasked with infiltration of the gangs with informants, Undercover Agents in the ghetto, and deep cover agents tasked with joining the gangs in order to secure evidence and return to the FIB with the evidence to secure warrants of the gangs or the family.

National Security Branch:

The National Security Branch is the primary anticorruption division of the FIB, but also specialize in counterterrorism operations to eliminate violent crime. The NSB consists of two divisions, the Counterintelligence Division which focusses on going undercover to uncover corruption or professional misconduct of public officials through special surveillance, as well as evidence response, and creates case files on these individuals to eventually secure warrants. The Counterterrorism Division is focusses on tactical operations such as hostage rescue, critical incident response, and undercover operations in order to stop violent crimes and to interdict illicit weapons that have been used or will be used in these crimes.

Internal Affairs Division:

The Internal Affairs Division will focus on issuing the correct discipline to Agents who have been referred to the IA by the Office Of Inspector General following a report to the Director. They will also be tasked with inspections of the FIB in order to ensure compliance with all regulations and laws. The Agents on this team will be solely dedicated to the IA and no other division to ensure that there is no bias as it comes to enforcing each division.

Criminal Investigation Division:

The CID will be focused on gathering evidence in both a uniformed and undercover capacity, and will assist the Intelligence Branch and National Security Branch with creating case files using evidence already gathered as to manage the investigation of case files from NSB and IB as well as evidence gathered by other Agencies. These Agents will be working closely with the Detectives of every org to assist them in their investigative operations.

Joint Terrorism Task Force:

The JTTF will be a tactical group of Agents tasked with investigation and elimination of any terroristic threats or threats to public safety or safety of Government/LEO officials. The Agents in the JTTF will only consist of the best of tactical operators trained to respond to any situation with overwhelming firepower and tactics. JTTF will be trained to operate in both land and sea.

FIB Police:

The FIB Police will be responsible for ensuring protection of the FIB Director, Building, and all FIB events. They will act as civilians within the FIB, operating as normal police officers with tasks ranging from picking up and transporting arrestees, to traffic enforcement and protection of high level FIB officials. These FIB Police Officers will have their own rank, and will only be allowed to be in this division due to their civilian status.

FIB SWAT:

The FIB SWAT is a specialized full-time tactical team (SWAT) of the FIB. The team is composed of a varying number of certified SWAT operators, and will
are specially trained to serve warrants and intervene in high-risk incidents such as active shooters and barricaded suspects and provide protection of personnel or dignitaries. FIB SWAT Teams are trained to the highest standard and utilize the tactical equipment which enables a team to provide assistance to other Divisions. FIB SWAT Teams can be dispatched to aid local law enforcement with limited resources to manage large-scale high-risk incidents.

New Ranks:

The current rank names have become old and boring in a way, which is why I will be changing the ranks to be as realistic as possible, to ensure a more realistic roleplay. These new ranks will be based off of the real life structuring of the FBI and will add something new to the GrandRP community. With new ranks, there will be new opportunities to rise the ranks, especially as a new Agent.

Weekly Promotion Ceremonies:

My FIB administration will hold weekly Promotion Ceremonies for all those who wish to attend including the public and the media. This will be every Friday at 16:00, and will have raffles and giveaways as well as music and fun for everyone to enjoy their Friday with their friends and family.

Overview:

The next leader of the FIB has to be someone with new ideas, who is both experienced and dedicated to the Bureau, and should be someone who is currently in the FIB. As the current Head of Department for the National Security Branch of the FIB, I fill this need and will bring the FIB into a new era of prosperity. If selected to be the next FIB Director, I will put every ounce of my dedication into maintaining fidelity, integrity, and bravery of the FIB, and the men and women who wear the badge of the FIB.

Thank you for your time, and consideration.
