Dear Mazhor,
recently my Account got griefed by a scammer who simply requested to change my account data per support request in the tech forums. He provided some fake information with an old mailadress of mine which he had hijacked some time ago. He also requested multiple times to reset my account data on my rockstar account too. Surprisingly it worked like a charm for him this time. I only noticed it when I had a disconnect on Friday 20.10.2022 ~01:00 (GMT+2) in the middle of the Ballas Hood, while I was talking to Merle Bubatz (Ballas OG) and when I tried logging back in, my Mail and PW was not working anymore. So I immediately filed a support request on my own. Took your staff some time to figure out what was going on, but they did a good job. In the meantime the scammer had all the time to grief my account and transfer items and money to his own accounts. Luckily that sociopath is finally banned, cause they caught him red handed. He also did that to another Account of mine back a while, but back then you guys thought I was trying to scam you, cause he was using my rockstar ID. He got banned for that, but seems like he still came back for vengeance. Luckily CrazyM and Tom Cooper remembered that incident and they were very helpful when I was in contact with them. I hope you understand how frustrating this is for me and you can help me. Please unban me, so I can take a look at what was stolen or griefed from my account and to finally participate in the world of grand rp like I always wished to.
