Khalid Balkour was born in Dubai and grew in Dubai and lived there for 17 years and moved to England after leaving Dubai, He became a criminal and for 2 years and then he almost got caught which made him leave England and move to America and lived his dream life, Joined the local Police Department and then worked for months on end and then got offered to join the special Division. FIB, Khalid then work in FIB for Month then join GOV and became USSS Director, Then Left with a good background behind him.
1. Khalid is able to accept bribes up to 100k in order to look the other way or let the suspect go
2. Due to his extensive combat training, both formal and informal, Khalid is confident enough to fight against 2 people at once.
3. Khalid is confident enough to walk the streets of the ghetto off duty
4. Khalid is able to sell information to his contacts in gangs for money, up to 100k.
5. Khalid is able to become a hostage for gangs in exchange for money
6. Khalid connections and confidence with the ghetto allows him to shop and sell at the black market.
7.Khalid is allowed to use illegal weapons and drugs while off duty.
8. Having learned from his time in a gang, breaking the bodycam of others is a good way not to get caught (/try command)
9. Khalid past allows him to rob people of weapons and ammo
10. Khalid is able to assist his family in a prison break if needed (both inserting flash drive and getting them out of the area)
