2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with explanation)
a) Never been leader of a gang before, so i think no better way to start off en3 by going for leadership. I definitely have what it takes since i have lots of gang experience, past admin experience and family leadership experience. En2 was a big learning curve for me which i can use on En3.
b) I love Vagos HQ since it has its own ghetto, theres a lot you can make out of Vagos gang if they know how to run their own ghetto.
c) I think its gonna be important new players instantly get a good feel for the server gameplay/rules. I would try my best to get everyone settled in the gang scene and make sure everyone is aware of the rules. Handing out deputies and all other ranks will be very important, since we also cant base anyones experience on the IDs anymore. We will have to triple-check everyones knowledge.
3. Your advices for improving RolePlay level in organization.
a) When en3 launches i'll be home for a while so i can do lots of activities and events with the gang and be around if people need help. I think activity is a big priority for a leader, especially on a newly released server.
b) I would host hostage situations on new, exciting locations that havent been seen before. I dont like how all hostage situations are always on the same, repetitive sites.
c) I dont like how nowadays people instantly start mixing and involving "Government website" and rulebreaks when there is an RP situation going on. I would inform everyone to never mention these terms and try to get this server some good-quality RP.
