2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with explanation)
Fist reason why I would want to be leader of FIB is because with amount of time I've put into the city it has gave me the advantage to be able to see the best directors to the worst ones. I know all the ins and outs of both sides Gangs and State orgs. I've been on both sides, plenty of times been deputy of the biggest gangs and family's, that the server has yet to see. Which can go to show that there is plenty leadership skills that has had to be used while running these big time orgs/fams. Secondly as we all know FIB is the most powerful org in the city but for it to work like clock work and correctly you must have someone with experience and know the difference between what's right and wrong. Which plays a big role in which the amount of times I've been in FIB myself I would say were pretty successful and I played a good role both times. Fist time was when I was still fairly new to the city and Director Derek Morgan had it, I was still fairly low in ranks but I increase from JA1 to B03 until I decided it was enough for me and dropped it. Second time was with Director Ellen Bubbles which is where I out my full effort into it and was DHOD of spec ops for a good amount of time but I played a big role in which is why we were one of the few terms in actually getting the Pikachu which took a lot of time and carefulness without getting any warnings while getting the job done. Lastly I'm currently in Davis Lawley term and since coming back to the city I didn't know if I wanted to take it serious or not I started off as bo3 and quickly got back to DHOD in the matter of 1 week ill say just with the amazing work that was shown by me in the little amount of time. Now a week or two later I'm HOD and making sure FIB stays active with the tragic of losing our Director.
3. Your advices for improving RolePlay level in organization.
There are many various pieces of advise for developing roleplay, but I'll do my best to highlight what I believe to be the most crucial.
Gangs/LEOs instantly host an RP event to get a verbal warning or other sanction lifted. Although I am aware of this inducement, I personally like role-playing games and the server's community. Events in RP should be carried out only for the server's and RP's sake. To promote a favorable image for both the FIB and RP as a whole, I'll do my best to participate in events frequently.
