1. Why do you want to become an admin?
The reason I want to become Admin/Chief Admin on this specific server is I want to make this server the best RP quality it can be. This will be one of my main focuses of building EN3 to become the best it can possibly be so I will explain to you my plan on how to maintain this. Firstly I want to make sure that all the staff of EN3 will be very knowledgeable of all the rules and will constantly be helping the community/leaders when needed (Curators of Gangs/State is a very important part of this so I will be very strict on who I pick for these positions) Secondly I want to make sure that all the leaders that are picked are very well-rounded individuals and are the best option for each Organization so I will be very involved in the process of nominating people for the right positions. Thirdly I will also want my staff to constantly be involved in hosting events to increase the RP involvement within the Grand RP community. This is my plan on how to increase RP quality and why I want to become Chief Administrator of EN3.

-Very level headed/patient person
-Very organized
-When I get involved in something I put my full focus into it
-Very creative
-A lot of freetime

-Trust people too much sometimes
-Overthinker
