Seems like if you look from my POV you were the one running into the city/blackmarket..
You then rammed my car out of the city, so I had to turn back around to come back in..

As per the clarification rules of the ghetto my Jefe:
1) If you are on foot, you cannot run out of ghetto while being shot at.
2) If you are in a car, you can drive out of ghetto into city because people on foot cannot chase cars.
