I couldn't make a POV because I have a very bad computer, you can see the graphical quality I'm playing with in the screenshot. I turned off a lot function at my Pc to have better fps including the app that makes clips.

I consider the decision of the administrator to be incorrect, because did not use any cheats, the bug occurred when entering the car. Moreover, please, explain, how can an administrator decide if there are cheats or not if he has not even checked the PC?

I agree that I used bug even if i did not understand that. But it was not cheat.
